The Pass Guarantee is the highest-leverage marketing claim in cert prep AND your highest financial risk. Be specific. Suggested terms:

• Eligibility: only customers on the Pass Plan or Career Launch tier
• Must complete X% of recommended practice (e.g., 90%)
• Must take Y mock exams with score Z% or higher (e.g., 2 mocks at 80%)
• Must take the real PSI exam within W days of purchase (e.g., 120)
• Must submit failure documentation (PSI score report) within Q days of failing
• Refund of purchase price, not consequential damages
• Limit one refund per customer per lifetime
