Customized per State

Lessons and PSI-format questions written for the New Jersey exam, plus an AI tutor that cites New Jersey law by section.

Adapts each session

Your plan reorders around the gaps your practice reveals, so each session goes after whatever is costing you the most points.

Walk in knowing you’re ready

A readiness score weighted by the real exam blueprint shows exactly where you stand, subject by subject, before test day.

The 12-day path

12 subjects on the exam. One a day.

The NJ PSI exam draws from 12 subjects — here’s the whole terrain. Your plan sequences them by how heavily the exam weights each one, and re-sorts around your weak spots each time you rebuild it.

How it works

What studying with us actually looks like.

You already did the 75 hours. Your practice surfaces the PSI subjects you still need, then we walk you through them one focused day at a time until your readiness score says you’re ready.

1

No forced order

Every exam subject is open from day one — lessons, drills and full mock exams. Begin where you feel weakest, or let the plan choose.

No forced sequence
2

Practice scores you

Every PSI-format question you answer scores you subject by subject, so the 2–3 topics holding you back surface as you work.

Questions, answered

The things people ask first.

Do I need to finish the 75-hour course first?
Yes — New Jersey requires the 75-hour pre-license course before you can sit for the PSI exam. LicensePass is built for the step after that: turning what you’ve learned into a confident pass. Haven’t finished the course? Our Path to a License guide points you to approved providers.
How long until I’m ready to test?
The exam covers 12 subjects, and your study path works through them one at a time, weighting your effort toward the subjects the exam leans on hardest. Rebuild the plan whenever you like and it re-sorts around the gaps your answers have revealed — so it’s built around your pace and your schedule, not a fixed course length.
Is one subject a day really enough?
A day here is a focused session, not a skim — lessons plus PSI-format drills on that subject until it sticks. Rebuild the plan as you go and it re-sorts, so you spend your hardest days where you’re weakest. If a subject needs more than a day, take longer: your readiness score, not the calendar, is the thing to judge by.
Is the content actually NJ-specific?
It is. Questions mirror the PSI format and split the way the real exam does — the national portion plus New Jersey’s state-specific topics like NJ License Law and Agency & Disclosure. You drill the same shapes of questions you’ll see on test day.
What if I’ve already failed once?
You’re exactly who this is built for. Drill the subjects you know went badly, and as your answers show where the gaps really are, the plan focuses there instead of making you re-study everything.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $9.99 a week, with monthly and 3-month options, or a one-time $299 for lifetime access. See the pricing page for the details.
Is LicensePass affiliated with PSI or the New Jersey Real Estate Commission?
No. LicensePass is independent exam prep — we don’t administer the exam or issue licenses. We just get you ready for the test PSI Services LLC gives and the license the New Jersey Real Estate Commission grants.
